Precision Dies & Tools is a pioneer in designing and manufacturing of Dies, Tools & Molds in UAE & GCC Countries. The first step of our process starts from receiving even a simple sketch, drawing or sample expressing an idea of a product. Our qualified Design Engineers produce the necessary technical designs aided by specialized computer technologies.

Machining
We are proud of our plant which is absolutely unique in the Arabian Peninsula with its highly sophisticated European, American and Japanese make machineries coupled with latest computer technologies, which provide accuracy levels to a micron.

Computer controlled furnaces installed in our plant ensure that all components used in our products achieve required rockwell hardness with no distortion.
Depending on requirement, we carry out

• Nitriding
• Case Carburizing

Our quality assurance process starts from the selection of raw materials. To maintain international standards, we use high quality steel from world-renowned Swedish steel manufacturer UDDEHOLM / ASSAB backed by their technical assistance for right selection.
We carry out stage inspection right from pre-machining stage to final assembly including hardness, part / assembly dimensions and surface finish in conformance to the drawings.
We deploy all required precision instruments such as:

- Precision calibers & guages
Our team of qualified and experienced toolmakers ensures 100% accuracy in each and every component of the tool before its intricate assembly.
We ensure the quality and cycle time of end products by taking trials using in-house facilities which include :

- Injection Moulding machines upto 600ton capacity
